Our client, an affiliated Minor League Baseball team in the southern U.S., is searching for the right leader to take the organization to the next level.
The President/GM will work directly with ownership to set the organizational culture and cadence, through strong leadership and implementation of effective structure and systems. This critical role will oversee the profit and loss of team. They will be trusted to control and manage the club’s budget and manage the risks of the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role, which will include responsibility for increasing corporate and group sales, and working to achieve mutually agreeable personal sales goals.
The President will manage and motivate the front office and game-day staff. They will hire new staff and assess the current staff. They will conduct effective staff meetings and lead from a positive, growth mindset. They will help shape promotions, grow non game-day events, and ensure the staff has fun, while being professional.
